Ingredients⠀
4 chicken breasts sliced into 1cm strips
2l good chicken stock
2 garlic cloves crushed
5cm ginger chopped
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Chinese five spice
5 spring onions sliced
200g udon noodles
vegetables of your choice

Add the stock, garlic, ginger, soy, half of the spring onions and the chicken strips to a large pan. Bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer. Add the noodles and vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve into bowls.
